Hawks Beat Miami

The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Miami Heat in what some expected to be a win for the Heat. Although cutting it close with some back and forth in the second half, this game seemed to be in Atlanta’s hand throughout. The Hawks now advance as the 7th and will face the 2nd seeded Boston Celtics. The Heat will now face the Chicago Bulls as they look to keep their playoff hopes alive by securing a 8th seed.
Lakers Beat Timberwolves
Final Score: 108-102
The Lakers survive the Timberwolves in what was an Overtime Thriller. Minnesota led early but the Lakers held on and really stepped on the gas down the stretch of the 4th. The Lakers are now locked as the 7th seed and will battle against the 2nd seeded Memphis Grizzlies, and Minnesota will play the as they look to secure the 8th seed.
Bulls Defeat Raptors
Final Score 109-105
After being down as much as 19, the Bulls manage to pull off a stunning comeback win over Toronto, led by an amazing performance by Zach LaVine. The Raptors are now eliminated from postseason contention and the Bulls will move on to face the Miami Heat as they look to secure a 8th seed.
Thunder Beat Pelicans
Final Score: 123-118
In a narrow win, the Thunder advance after a great effort from Josh Giddey. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. They move on to face the Timberwolves in a fight for the 8th seed.
